The town of Wauconda is located in the Okanogan Highlands of north central Washington along Highway 20, just 16 miles West of Republic or 23 miles East of Tonasket. The Wauconda Community Hall is just one mile north of Highway 20 on Toroda Creek Road.

At an elevation of around 4000 feet, Wauconda is a nice place to spend a hot July afternoon checking out the cool cars or dancing to Rock and Roll music from the Fabulous 50's.
